About Us

Crescita was built on a simple belief: the best advice does more than explain the rules. It helps people make better decisions.

We work with founders, business owners, investors and family groups who want more than a year-end compliance process. They want an advisor who understands where they're headed, thinks commercially and provides advice that works in practice as well as it does on paper.

After years working inside larger firms, and seeing how easy it is for clients to feel like a number, Bianca started Crescita to build something different. She is the lead advisor on every client relationship, supported by a broader team of accountants and specialist professionals. This includes in-house SMSF expertise and close relationships with professionals across lending and other specialist areas, allowing us to connect clients with the right support when needed.

Our expertise sits at the intersection of tax and advisory. Whether we're helping clients navigate growth, restructure a group, assess an opportunity, plan for succession or manage increasingly complex tax affairs, our focus remains the same: delivering advice that creates clarity, confidence and long-term value. The name Crescita comes from the Italian word for growth. It's a principle that underpins everything we do.

- Growth in businesses
- Growth in wealth
- Growth in opportunities

Most importantly, helping clients make decisions today that support those outcomes well into the future. We believe technical expertise matters. Commercial judgement matters just as much.

DIRECTOR

Accountant

About our founder, Bianca Bobbett

Bianca founded Crescita after more than 10 years advising founder-led businesses, private family and corporate groups through periods of growth, change and significant commercial decisions. Prior to establishing Crescita, she was a Director within a leading accounting and advisory firm, working closely with business owners, executives and leadership teams on a wide range of business and strategic matters.

Throughout her career, Bianca has seen firsthand that the most important business decisions are rarely just financial or tax-driven. They often involve balancing risk and opportunity, weighing competing priorities and considering the long-term impact on a business and the people behind it. Her role is to help clients see the bigger picture, navigate complexity and move forward with confidence.

Over time, Bianca has become the person many clients run things past first. The advisor they want involved before a decision is made, not afterwards when the consequences need to be managed. Known for her commercial perspective and practical approach, she combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of how businesses operate, grow and create long-term value.

Bianca is also a natural connector. Over the years, she has built a strong network of business owners, advisors and professionals who regularly collaborate, share opportunities and support one another. Many clients become part of this broader ecosystem, creating relationships and opportunities that extend well beyond the traditional advisor-client relationship. As the lead advisor, Bianca works closely with every client while being supported by a trusted team who help ensure advice is backed by efficient execution and high-quality delivery.

At the heart of Bianca's approach is a simple belief: great advice should do more than solve today's problem. It should create clarity, unlock opportunities and help clients build what comes next.

Our in-house SMSF specialist, Michael Simpson

SMSF specialist, Michael Simpson

SMSFs reward getting the detail right and getting it wrong can be costly. That's why SMSF expertise sits inside Crescita, not outsourced to someone you never meet.

With more than a decade specialising in self-managed super, Michael brings a strong technical background built on audit and compliance. Having spent years reviewing and working across funds from an audit and compliance perspective, he understands not just how a fund should be run, but where the risks sit and how to navigate them. It's a depth of knowledge that's rare to find in-house and it means every SMSF matter at Crescita is handled with genuine technical care.

A well-run SMSF can be one of the most tax-effective structures available for building and holding long-term wealth, but those concessions come with strict compliance obligations. Michael's focus is on helping trustees make the most of the environment while keeping the fund firmly on the right side of those rules, whether that's holding property or business premises in super, managing family wealth, or making sure a significant decision stacks up technically before it's made.

Working alongside Bianca, Michael ensures SMSF clients get the best of both worlds: senior advisory judgement, backed by specialist technical knowledge.

SMSF SPECIALIST

A team, and an ecosystem behind it

Crescita is backed by a trusted in-house team and a wider ecosystem of professionals, across legal, finance, lending and other specialist fields who we collaborate with to support our clients.

It means whatever a client needs, the right expertise is either in the room or a trusted introduction away. Few firms our size offer this depth of specialist support and it's a deliberate part of how we work.

Notes from the firm

Structuring Questions Worth Asking Before Your Next Big Decision

Whether you're starting a new venture, growing an existing business, acquiring investments or planning for the future, structure is one of the most important decisions you'll make.

Yet it's often treated as a box to tick at the beginning and rarely revisited.

Why Founders Should Be Paying Attention to the Proposed CGT Changes

Since the Federal Budget, much of the discussion around the Government's proposed capital gains tax reforms has focused on the return of indexation.
